DOQQ

A Digital Orthophoto Quarter Quadrangle is an aerial photograph that has been geometrically corrected so that the scale of the photograph is uniform. An orthophoto can be used to measure true distances because it is an accurate depiction of the earth's surface. They are most commonly used in the creation of a Geographic Information System. This is a DOQQ of a river in Texas.
